I am passionate about designing user experience and know user interface design standards inside and out but know when to break the rules. My goals is to create designs that are easy, elegant and delightful. I strongly believe that people should just be able to use products and not have to learn how to use them.

I have been involved in software development for over 15 years and have been designing and improving user interfaces and interaction design on various platforms since 1989. I focus on creating software, web-based products, and support materials that enhance the user experience and improve performance and productivity. I employ user experience techniques to meet those goals. My experience includes usability evaluation, design thinking and user centered design techniques for both GUI and Web platforms.
